Hello please i need a help. I was trying to move money to my card and it keep saying i can't carry out this payment at the moment please what's wrong i need a help. I need to add money to my Debit card attach to my paypal account.
This is no help I check all that be for i started this has been a six day thing and have had to go to store to phisicly transfer funds still no phone connect not happy
It's good that you reached out to us regarding this matter. What your trying to do is move funds from your PayPal balance to your Debit Card right? I highly suggest try to link your Bank Account attached to that card instead. PayPal balance funds transfer were mainly designed to work if using Bank Accounts. I do apologise for the issue that your getting. In some instances you will be allowed by our system to transfer funds to your Debit Card especially if the PayPal account is new. Our systems AI will detect that you should have already linked your Bank Account if you have been using PayPal for quite some time. Hope this answers your question.
