Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

Hi @Twright74,

When you receive a payment, it will go to your PayPal balance. Once available, it can be withdrawn to a bank account or spent from the balance.

You can edit the setting to display your country and account type in your Community Profile Preferences.
