How can I get a refund in payment I canceled a year ago no one will respond I have emailed the person that took out my money and no response there either this is crazy $120 is a lot of money

Check if you had a subscription still set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I did not and I also emailed them last year to cancel it and they never did now I have been trying to reach them for over a week now no responses
