I need to speak to someone. Why isn’t PayPal letting me use my balance. No matter what I do it’s not working. Can you help? It’s so frustrating and PayPal isn’t getting in contact wi the me no matter how many times I have tried.

As long as the funds are cleared and not pending AND in the correct currency then........


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in the balance option.
