I try to make a transfer from my account to another friend's account,I have enough resources on Paypal balance, but Paypal refuses my transfer every time
The strange phase is that I recently made a transfer on this account and it went well, but now for several days I can no longer make transfers.
I can't find anywhere where I could set the transfer option (payment to a friend, or family, gift, etc.)
Please help.
