I have been having problems making payments to friends/family
I'm getting "We're sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment right now. Please try again later".
We have been getting this for 2 days now....
I have sufficient funds in my bank account, and have been trying to pay from my bank account..... I also wasn't able to pay from my paypal balance either......
