So i charge 100$ on steam through Paypal and after i requested a refund , it showed already refunded in my paypal account but the money never come into my bank account . I just called the bank this morning and they said Paypal never refund me anything so right now i have no idea . Its been 16,17days since the charge . Thanks in advance if anybody can help me with this .
