HELP: money not showing

Hi so I’ve went to my emails and I’ve received $14 and $13 in two separate payments. However on the first payment of $14 I forgot to verify so I did and my money hasn’t shown but my $13 has come through when the buyer sent it after I verified my email. Any help?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, if you did not verify your email, the payments that were sent to you would remain 'Unclaimed'. Automatically, you should be able to claim the payments once you've verified your email address. If one of the payment is not showing and you cannot claim it, it may be that the sender cancelled it on their side. If that is the case, please reach out to them to request another payment.
