Hi! I had someone pay me for a depop item as a guest thru paypal. We decided to change the original price, so I declined her payment in hopes of them reordering after i adjusted the price on depop. After doing so, paypal indicated that they'd be notified that it was cancelled, but they haven't received any notice and said that they had been charged. what more can i do to fix this? thanks for your time!
