Got sent money, how do I claim it?

Hi just got sent some money and I received an email to claim it, clicked on that button in the email and then nothing happens. How do I claim it?

Just one more thought, the buyer didn't send the payment to your mobile number instead of your email address did they?

If so is that mobile number linked and verified on your paypal account?

Nope, gave them my email

Found out the issue... I use my email as googlemail.com  they put gmail.com by mistake. We managed to sort it ourselves
