I have received a $ amount on my Pay Pal account but cannot find whether this has been converted to £ sterling. All my attempts to enquire to Pay Pal have been frustrated because their boxes just convert my message to gibberish. I don't think they want to help.
How do I send a message to Pay Pal to resolve this.
