Google Plus Profile Litigation

How do I claim the $2.15 I am told I am to receive from the Google Plus Profile Litigation? I get an email from Service@PayPal telling me to click on the "Claim Your Money" link. This takes me to Paypal's section called Send & Request. But no further action takes me to this $2.15! Any advice? TIA
