Getting money back

Hi,

Ebay sent me the mail that they sent my money back, It is shown also my paypal account, You can see in photo. But money is not shown on my credit card which is linked on paypal. ( I made a payment with it). Bank asks me the ARN code, to search transaction. I dont know where to find this code and how to check this problem. Can you help me?

Once a refund is issued it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
