Is it showing in your balance but on hold or pending?
Is it not showing at all?
Have you double checked the email address the sender used and made sure there were no spelling errors.
Have you confirmed your email address?
Was it sent in a currency you can accept?
What does it say next to the transaction on the senders side ie pending or unclaimed etc?
Have you received funds before?
