Hello
I am having issue almost everywhere I click I get this error data retrieval.
Due to this I am able to make a payment but I don't see any movement in refunds.
Change language in Paypal to English.... it helped me.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
