I purchased something yesterday and paid via paypal then today had a message from the seller wanting payment via bank deposit. When I said I'd already paid via paypal they said they didn't have an account. I note on Ebay it says Payment pending. Will the payment come back to me automatically and how long is it likely to take?
Its against ebay rules to refuse paypal payments unless that has changed recently, if he had paypal listed as a receiving payment processor on his ebay account then report him to ebay.
Secondly is there a cancel option next to pending? If so then cancel, if not then it would 'time out' if not claimed by the seller at 30 days post payment.
