So, it's the first time i try to buy on ebay, i linked my paypal account and i tried to do the purchase, I got a SMS from paypal said that half of the purchase was aproved (around 172 USD from the product) to the paypal account of the seller, but not the second part, the shipping (around 67 USD), so the purchase process was canceled by insufficient founds. But next morning I saw that 172 dollars were missing from my credit card, there's no transaction history on my paypal account, I contacted the seller and he said there were no money in his paypal account either.
Now I don´t know where is that money.
