Hey everyone,
My friend sent me an e-check on 09/17. on 09/20 I got an email telling me there was a delay in the payment. My friend said he got a call from his bank but he pushed it through. He sent me a picture of his account with the payment accounted for on 09/18. I talked to paypal and they keep giving me confusing answers. How is it possible the money was debited on 09/18 but payment was delayed on 09/20? And why is it still taking so long to appear on my account?
