I have been charged twice for an order that was not placed on the seller website. I received two emails for two transactions from PayPal. However in my PayPal account it’s only one transaction that it’s showing as pending for more than a month. Normally following PayPal standards a pending will be cancelled after one month. My payment is still showing pending and not cancelled. My order was not placed, my account charged twice and it’s only showing one transaction pending for more than a month on PayPal. The bank and the seller asked me to see with PayPal but the customer service does not reply to call and messages and I can’t open a dispute on a pending transaction. Can anyone help me please?
