I and many others have made donations to a dog rescue charity on Bali, Lovina Animal Welfare.
I now understand that PayPal has not passed on these donations, they will not give an explanation why nor have they refunded the donations to those who made them
Come on PayPal, at least give the charity an answer instead of giving them the run around or refund our monies
