Hi, I'm new to Paypal,
My account was created so I could connect it to Streamlabs and recieve donations when streaming on twitch. On the 19th and 21st of this month I recieved 7 total donations that sum up to $42.53 AUD and they never showed up in my PayPal account. I have gone to streamlabs to find out why and it is because I entered my email in correctly. I forgot the 'm' in '.com' - I was wondering how I could go about either prefferbly A) Getting the money to my actual paypal account or, if need be, B) refund the donators of their money. Due to this infuriating error, I hope that shouldn't mean I'm inelligable to recieve the money that was I was the intended recipient of.
I have since corrected my email over streamlabs and future donations should get to me, but this was a lot of money that never got to me and now I don't know where it is, all because I wrote ".co" and not ".com" - I have contacted Streamlabs support, but was encouraged to come here for any issues relating to donations. I spent yesterday trying to naviagte the support pages on PayPal, but there was nothing I could find to help with this specific issue. So please, if you can help, it would mean a lot.
