I have already set PayPal Balance as my preferred payment method and there's some balance in it, but when I proceed to checkout using PayPal, there is no option for me to select PayPal Balance. Instead, the website notifies me to add either a credit or debit card to proceed with the payment.
How can I pay using my PayPal Balance? I don't want to transfer the balance into my bank account as it charges me a withdrawal fee, so I would like to use whatever is in there.
