I have been unable to send a payment via the Chrome browser for several days now. When you get to the final step, it just freezes. There are errors in the console indicated a regex mismatch. You have a browser bug, Paypal. Fix it.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
