I got a message from my bank informing a declined payment of small amount made by Paypal itself (of course the payment is declined if I myself do not confirm to the bank, and I got my card frozen right afterwards). Has this ever happened to anyone else? I am a little worried because if it is not Paypal, this might be the case when a random hacker that is trying to use my credit card. Or am I just overcautious? Thank all.
