Dissapared money from Payoneer debit card while adding card to Paypal account

Hello team,

Yesterday i was trying to pay through my Paypal account for a item from cardscodes.com. I have added my Payoneer debit card but transaction wasnt approved. I was just getting from you to add the card and add the card and then nothing! Money has dissapared from my payoneer account also no transactions history at your side. Please check urgently! I hope the money will be back!

Paypal doesn't support payoneer, you can sometimes add them but they don't work properly and paypal don't advise it.
