Has anyone had a dispute with PayPal over them trying to take a payment from a Debit Visa card even though a payment has gone through with a Visa card ? I can't seem to get anyone to call me to discuss rationally even though I've forward both card statements. They've just sent me to collections and I don't owe PayPal.
