Denied Paypal payments

Hi, 

 

I've connected my Paypal account to my Upwork profile several times but to no success, it keeps saying payment denied. It's set as primary payment already. Same goes when I try to purchase any thing online. I have also linked it to my local bank account but is not having problems transferring funds. Only when purchasing stuff online.

 

How do I go with this and what's wrong with my account?
