Customer stuck in blank page with spinner on attempt to pay by debit or CC

A customer that had successfully made purchases last month has been having problems since last week. We've asked him to try a different device / connection (mobile to desktop) and neither has worked. He clicks on the Pay with Debit or Credit Card and gets a stuck with blank page and spinner. Anyone have any idea how we can help the customer or fix the issue? Thanks. Screenshots:
