I am trying to confirm our charity status and have progressed to the step that asks for the company director details, but when I click NEXT a message comes up saying 'Something seems to have wrong. We're experiencing some technical difficulties' Please try again later.' I have been trying again for more than 6 weeks now and the same message appears every time. I have tried a different browser and get the same message. The message service doesn't not reply to my message. We have been a charity for more than 2 months and we have not been able to benefit from Paypal's lower commission rate or to claim gift aid. What is the solution? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
