Confirm receipt

I'm trying to send money to someone (I send 5.80€ and he receive 6.77$) and send the money, I need to confirm the receipt of it but there is no button. I looked everywhere but there is no way to confirm it. Please help ^^'

That option is normally available for digital / virtual transactions or services, however if it is then .........

Tell your seller to mark the transaction as processed then you may have the option on your account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If you confirm this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to them sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days. But NEVER confirm receipt if you don't have your item or you will negate your buyer protection.
