I have a client who is seeking a refund for aerial tour we had to cancel due to weather. He is claiming to want a refund via CASH and NOT back on a CC as he claims he used a "gift card". I asked him if he has another CC to refund to and he wants CASH!?? MY concern is IF he used a stolen identity to make original payment it MAY get pulled from MY account and once I RE pay him cash I am un able to regain original payment. QUESTION is IF he used gift card to originally pay and NOW wants refund via cash is that wise for me to do?? WE had to cancel on him so we owe him money back BUT he does NOT want it back the simple refund button from Paypal??
