Claim your money problem

Hello.
I have received message from paypal that I received money from one store (CG Cookie). But I can't see this money in my account. When I try to click on "Claim Your Money" button inside the messages, it redirects me to the login page and further to the main page of my paypal account. I read that it may happened because my email was not confirmed. Now I confirmed email but still can't claim them. I think there is no problem with my account because I already received some money from another store.
The message says that I need to claim the money till the end of this month, otherwise they will be sent back. In this case I think there is a high risk just to loose them.
What I need to do to get this money?
