IN A CASE OF REVERSED TRANSACTION I need a refund from PayPal. I've been dubiously charged $100+ as PayPal fees despite the transactions not been successful and restricted by PayPal. I transferred money from my PayPal account to my Bank and I was told by the bank that PayPal had put a restriction on my money and could not withdraw. So why should PayPal get payed for not doing their work? $100 is a very huge sum of money and not right in a case of reversed transaction. I therefore request that PayPal revisits this billing and have my money refunded by PayPal.
