I am trying to move away from using so many Google services and currently my Gmail address is associated with my PayPal account. I have tried repeatedly to update my e-mail on PayPal, both online and throughout the app. It will allow me to enter and confirm the new e-mail address, but when I try to “Make this my primary email for receiving notifications” I get an error message saying “This e-mail address is already exists on your account”.
Do I need to delete my current PayPal account and create a new one?
