Card keeps getting declined!!

Thank you for contacting PayPal and we're sorry that you're not able to make any purchase using your card.
If your card is being declined there could be several different reasons:
1. Your card may be expired. You can update your card’s expiration and/or your billing address quickly and easily in your PayPal account.
2. You need to confirm your card.
3. Your card issuer/ bank are declining the transaction which you may need to contact them for further assistance.
Or you can also check if your email address that's link to your PayPal account is confirm.
Here’s how to confirm your email address:
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
- Click on the email address you want to confirm under "Email."
- Click Confirm this email address and we’ll send you an email with a confirmation link.
- Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.
