Card is verified but still can't send or pay through PayPal

Been having problems with PayPal today, i cant seem to pay with my linked card, my card has already been verified. It has more than the amount of what the merchant was asking for. Help please! i need to pay the merchant today!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to make the payment you're attempting with the card in your wallet. That can happen for a few reasons. Please contact customer service by phone for some real-time troubleshooting. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in to get the number to call.
