Hello All,
Every time I attempt to send any sort of money to a friend via PayPal it asks me to link a payment method in order to complete the payment however i already have a payment method linked (Debit Card/Credit Card)
Has anybody had this issue? How do i resolve it?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
