Cant receive money from others

Hello everyone. I can't receive money from anyone that uses paypal, my email address is confirmed i tried to find a solution I even asked paypal either on twitter or by sending a ticket they didn't help they just said we will update you soon but not yet any single word any help would be really appreciated.

Omg, thank you for responding Ashley, my problem is fixed they had to update my paypal settings for my country Albania. And its eorking now. Really forgot to close or mark as solved this thread. Thank you so much for replying. And yes when i had that problem anyone who tried to send me money got an error it was saying something about regulations. But its fixed now. Thank you again so much.

Hi I hope you can help me too, I'm from Philippines I already confirmed my email address I thought I could receive money after confirming but when my friend tried to send me money it wouldn't allow her, may I know if what is the problem with my account? Thank you
