I've been trying to add my bank account on to my paypal to be able to move my money into there, and they wont let me add the account. I also can't send money to a different account, and I've been trying to get through by phone but can't. Anyone know how to fix this or of an alternative contact number?
You ever figure it out I'm having same issue it asks me to add phone number as a send security measure then error states it's not registered in same name as my paypal contacted my carrier they claim it is
