Hi guys. I'm New to PayPal and now whenever I am trying to accept a pending payment received it takes me to an error saying "sorry your last transaction could not be complete ". It's very frustrating, what does this mean?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
