Hi, I sold an item on eBay. It shows as paid with PayPal so I send the item. A few days later after the item had been delivered to the buyer I logged into PayPal and found I had to confirm my email address, which I did. I then discovered the buyer has been able to simply cancel the payment after receiving the item! PayPal are just telling me I need to contact eBay. What can I do?
