I am trying to purchase a gift card on the PayPal website, with my available paypal balance and it will not work. I talked to a customer service representative that told me all I had to do was transfer money into my PayPal balance, wait for the money to successfully be transferred, and then make a purchase on the website. I've done that and it's still unable to process my payment. I'm unable to get ahold of a customer service representative again and I have been trying to solve this issue for two weeks.
