My PayPal is in perfect working order other than the fact I can’t send money to people or buy anything online. Customer support said they’d call back within 20 mins and I’ve been here for an hour waiting for my phone to go off. I get an error stating the transaction couldn’t be completed I have way over the amount needed to send. I am also unable to apply for a PayPal cash card because of some sort of bug or technical glitch. What can I do, everyone I’ve talked to said they’ve fixed it for me but it always happens. I tried talking to a supervisor and I’ve waited for a supervisor call for at least a week now.
