Artstation payment not received

I have sold my Artstation products and got $25.96 last month.  I got paid information from Artstation in my PayPal account. I have linked my bank

details in Pay Pal.   Still today the amount has not been credited in my bank account.   The amount paid by Artstation on 1st October 2019 itself.  Please

inform the details of transactions.
