Can’t receive money on my PayPal account how can i fix it?

Hello , a friend is trying to send me money on my paypal account but he gets an error saying “we couldn’t complete your transaction” How do I make my PayPal account receive money , I contacted PayPal customer service but no answer from them, Please help Thank you.

Is it a credit visa?

@kernowlass It’s a prepaid Visa card My PayPal account was verified with a credit Visa card but it expired so i ordered one from another bank but it’s a prepaid one and I didn’t know that
