I work for Directly, a remote online company. I actually opened PayPal business account because that was the only option for me to access my money. I got paid $1072 and I'm yet to receive payment. I actually thought the problem was from Directly but then i had a friend try to send money to my PayPal account and he was told that the recipient can't accept payments right now. That's weird. I verified my account and linked my card to it of which i got charged. I'm from Nigeria but the available country i saw when i opened my account was Lesotho, so i used that. But a got a Visa card for it. How do i get my money cos i really need that to pay off my debts?
The thing is, i got paid by Directly but PayPal acted like they received no funds. No email, no text, no nothing. It's like the money never came in but it did. I can't even see it in my account, it's not there. And i really need that money. How do i resolve this?
