Can't make payment on Bonanza.com through PP

To checkout at Bonanza, message "PayPal is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try another payment method if the seller has one available." is shown. And I can't proceed purchasing, since the seller accepts  Paypal only.

I added second credit card.
