Can't find Monthly Financial Summary reports

I am NOT looking for a transaction report, I am looking for the Monthly Summary Report.  It is no longer available in the Statement link for reports from the Activity page.  This is a valuable tool for me and now I can't find it.  (Nor is it a subject on the "Contact Us" page.  HELP?  Also, does anyone have a phone # for PayPal?  That seems to be well buried, too!  Thank you.

Hi, Iknow the phone number but not about the Financial Summary Reports...

 The Phone number is <removed> free from UK, You can find when you get in any monthly statement... I hope it helps.
