Assuming you have a Personal Account, there's really no simple solution. The ideal solution is to use PayPal Here however, you would need a Business Account - with PayPal Here, you could accept credit cards on the spot - note, PayPal Here does require a wifi connection as there's no off line function. As this is a one time project, you may want to keep things simple - cash only.
