Can I add my google pay account that is linked to another Gamil-ID?

HI

I have PayPal account and Google Pay account with two different Gmail-IDs. Now, problem is that when I am trying to link my Google pay to my PayPal account then PayPal is automatically searching for Gmail ID to link to Google pay. Whereas, I want to link PayPal to another Gmail-ID that is not linked to Paypal. Please advise me
